The house, valued at Rp 15 billion, is intended to be occupied by Andreas’ daughter, identified as MA.

Suspects and Charges: Andreas’ wife, Theresia Lauren (TL), who is also a suspect, was found to have received funds to build the house. However, it will be occupied by Theresia’s daughter, MA, who is currently in police custody along with other suspects. A total of 14 individuals, including TL, face money laundering (TPPU) charges.

House Construction: The modern contemporary-style house, built on two land certificates, underwent renovations starting in 2021 but was halted in October 2024 when police uncovered illicit funds from the NET89 Ponzi scheme. The building was seized for court proceedings.

- Financial Impact: Authorities have confiscated assets worth Rp 1.4 trillion from the suspects, showcasing a significant sum of seized money.
